Bruiser champion with poke choices

I had finally decided, on the 3 champions that have poke, that are bruisers, so it would helpful if you guys can help me pick between reksai, aatrox, and noc, and pls give specific details as to why I should pick that champ over the other 2. Thank you to all that answered me.
