What if they made a Singed skin where it made fluffy ping clouds of "candy" and slowed you down with candy corns for a Halloween skin? What do people think?

Ohhh, that's a neat idea! What kind of sticky stuff would he throw for his W? I can only think of syrup or taffy at the moment, and syrup doesn't really go with candy too much.
I had Chocolatier (similar to Willy Wonka) LeBlanc and Vladimir ideas floating around for awhile, but I didn't know how to integrate the idea with their spells.
