Black screen.

I have encountered a bug that has persisted for what is now a week and Riot has not answered any bug reports. The bug nearly stops me from playing the game at all because it blocks out champion selection all together. meaning I can't change runes mysteries, pick a champ or ban, change summoner spells. I would like to play the game outside of limited Aram or URF as they are both random and pick a champ for me I can bypass the bug but it is still limited because I can't use the re Rolls or interact in any way before the game starts meaning I have to guess what champ I get and live with whatever mysteries and runes I set up for ANY champ, this greatly impacts the level I am able to play at and makes the game less fun.
