Gulag, The Mauler
A captured Freljordian War chief. Gulag was taken by Noxian forces as held prisoner in the Dredge for years. In an effort to break him and use him against Demacian forces Gulag was mercilessly experimented on by the orders of Noxian Master Tactician Swain. Gulag withstood all the trials, from the sickening concoctions created by The Mad Chemist Singed. Brutally tortured and experimented on by The Madman of Zaun Dr. Mundo. Despite all odds. Gulag survived. In the Dredge he met a man...thing of the name Urgot. Urgot told Gulag of his story, and recruited him to the cause. Urgot saw the pain that Gulag had endured, and survived. He saw Gulag as a man who was stronger for the experiences he went through. Now Gulag serves Urgots cause, yet not for the same motives. For he wishes to destroy Noxus, not from the inside, but by tearing it down brick by brick, broken bone, by broken bone.
Abilities:
Passive: Unbreakable Will- Gulag gains 1% damage reduction for every 100 damage dealt to him (before resistance calculation) dealt to him. This damage reduction only works on the type of damage dealt. (He gains 1% damage reduction to Physical when an ADC autos him and 1% damage reduction to AP when hit with spells)
Q: Thunderous Blow- Gulag swings his flail in a line in front of him. Dealing damage and slowing anyone hit by 50% for 1.5 seconds. If an enemy is hit with the end of the skill shot (The head of the flail). They are knocked up and a slowing zone from the impact is formed under their feet. (Slows do not stack) Knock up Duration- .75 seconds Slowing Zone- 35% (zone remains for 3.5 seconds)
W: Aggression- Gulag focuses his anger on a single enemy. He gains 30% move speed towards a selected enemy champion. Gulag also gains a shield for 75/150/225/300 (+10% max health) for 4 seconds. Upon reaching the enemy, he retains 20% of his bonus move speed for 2.5 seconds and he refreshes up to 75/150/225/300 of his shield, resetting the shield timer.
E: Guttural Roar- Gulag lets loose a bloodcurdling war cry. Enemies near Gulag are feared for .25 seconds and dealt 70/140/210/280 (+50% bonus AP)
R: Fearsome Cleave- Gulag begins spinning his flail in a circle. Enemy's caught in the zone are picked up and dragged along the path of the of the flail until either the ability is over or if the end of the flail hits a wall. If the flail hits a wall, all effected enemies are dealt bonus damage and stunned for 1.5 seconds.
Base Damage- (1%/2%/3%/4% max health per second) + (+100 total AD= 1%max health damage)
Bonus Wall Damage-(100/200/300) (+15% Total AD)
Appearance: Similar to Braum, in size, looks far more rugged and dirty, covered in scars, dirt, torn clothes, (Escaped convict) sort of look. Carries a flail with a rugged and bloody axe head attached at the end, "Pendulum shaped". Walks with slight limp. Has metal arm bracers. When standing still he runs the blade against the bracers and sparks come from the blade. Has an Iron mask similar to zeds except beaten to hell cracked long the face. One large shoulder pad with spikes protruding from it. Arms are mostly exposed. Right leg has a nasty scar down the side. (Dr. Mundo Torture) and chemical burns along his chest and stomach, (Similar to a Gladiator Armor set) with some furs for accents)

Enemy Swain: You're a disgusting amalgamation of privilege and tyranny.
Friendly Singed: After this. We are back on old terms.
Friendly Singed: Just keep that disgusting gas cough cough BLECH DAMNIT!"
Friendly Mundo: Oh good, you can go chase them first then. Tell me how that goes.
Joke- Swings up his flail and ends up hitting himself in the back.
"I will break every single one of you puny insignific- GAH" Proceeds to fall over and get up quickly to pretend nothing happened
"I have survived the Dredge, I endured the brutal tortur- SONOFA Falls over
