Making a project Talon would look really nice hes cape all project and he's blade glowing blue and he's ult could be this huge sound effects with the project blade around him I have more idea on it but it be really nice for a project talon
We already have two PROJECT assassins. If he gets released, he should come after PROJECT Garen/Darius/Braum
He might be the 10th project skin and talon could get an ultimate skin in the future that could be project talon, I think that would be really cool
I'd love for them to do that. Talon needs a cool skin!
