Rework Talon

So what u guys think of the new Talon I think he's E is nice but at the same time not good he got good mobility but at the same time he need that teleport to enemies it will be good if they kept the e with the jump and the teleport to enemy champion then he will be a good rework other then that he alright let me guy know what u think
