Inessa Yun Tal
Hi guys, I have been thinking for some time how Riot could introduce Qiyana's sister Inesse to the game. It would be the first crippled champion on LoL. Inessa, the first to the crown of Ixtalcan was crippled during the ritual duel, so I read again informations about her region and assumed that she could use big fan-blade (shaped as symbol of the region) as one of Ixtal's regalia and esoteric power the magnetism. The first thought I had was making her connected to dragons by using their elemental power and "put her on her feet" but then I remembered story of Qualopec from old Tomb Raider. He was also crippled by his sister, an "astec/mayan" themed entity. I would like to share her kit but I'm at very beginning of creating one, good and balanced set of abilities, focused on being solo laner and jungler. The one thing I know that wont be changed is her R - Ixtal Heirloom. It will work like old Galio's ult but as second cast. When she first cast the Ixtal Heirloom, she summon big golden throne at the targed area. Next thing she can do is re-cast this ability but she has to be in the very close range of the throne: she's sitting on the throne and create mid-range area forcing nearby enemies to "kneel" and after seconds magnetic shock deals damage. Her first skin may be set on the desert themed: Pharoah or in Battle Academia. Updated concepts:
