Opinion on newest Ahri splash art changes

I have to admit that when I first saw the splash art I didn't like it because of how big a change it was to her overall look. She no longer had the same appearance where you could see her bright skin, the way her hair tinged with the blue glow, her rounded cheeks and she kind of had a very sweet and innocent look to her that seemed to have been taken away in the latest splash. The art posted in October has been updated again with changes to Ahri's face, hair, fingernails, and a few other things. The problem I have with the new update is with her new face. Her new angular and thinner face looks like she's had surgery. A suggestion I would like to make is to update it closer to Foxfire or Midnight Ahri skins. Thanks for reading my post!

I don't like the new face to be honest. He chin looks too big and out there, her face is a little too thin, Her lips should have a little grin or something cause she looks depressed or bored and that's not her character at all. Her nose is a bit weird it might just be some shading underneath so its not just this big dark part. I would love for her eyes to just be a bit wider/bigger so her eyes look like its not just pure orange. by the way why is her eyes orange when in the cinematic they are blue?

I totally agree! however its just her facial features are much thinner and not as round as before. Which is what I liked

I personally love it. All of it but

chin...its a bit too far out
right arm sleeve is bigger than left arm

Otherwise, I love this new splash. Its very beautiful and well done. And they cleaned up the pieces from my former complaints =)

I love the new skin the only thing I would hope they change is to make her chin and face more round, to me it looks more narrow

But think about the lore a bit (I do when I visualize champs). She is a fox that encountered a sorceress, whose magic gave Ahri the option to become fully human. She should be more angular than round, she should have tails, she should have a bell, and based on the lore, she should be seductive. Thats where my 2 points come in. Face would be nearly perfectly foxlike (for a human) if the chin was pushed in, and an over-sized sleeve is just not that attractive for most people. Makes it look like they don't take care of themselves (I do psychological research in my spare time). But then again, I only play Ahri when I wanna have fun. =)

I wrote so much of a masterpiece and the forums auto deleted/didn't post it. Gonna repost by memory.

I love the new skin as well. I don't think her face should be more round, because she is the incarnation of a fox. I think the chin should be fixed a bit more, though I understand if they can't or don't want to as the Ahri community is very hard to satisfy ;D. I vote narrow>round (but a mix is preferable) features in the face because of the lore of her fox form. I'm happy she still has ears, she still has tails, and people say she has her bell back (I don't see it QQ).

Also, the sleeve thing is from a psychological stand point. Most males don't like unsymmetrical sleeve length/shape. It looks like the lady doesn't take good care of herself or her possessions (from a psychological standpoint). Again, speculation- can't stress that enough. I personally like it anyway.

Anywho....read up, thoughts? I wanna main ahri again for mid, but I lack AP runes (but I got every scaling AD rune finally).
