A new friendly game type

I have noticed that Riot has really been trying to improve the Ranked experience by not allowing Toxic players to queue up in Ranked. one suggestion I wanted to make was setting up a normal summoners rift where only good behavior people are allowed. I noticed that I got a 4 win IP bonus for my positive attitude and no restrictions of any type. I was wondering if me and players like me who want to queue up without worry of negative players to ruin our gaming experience, could queue up in a new game type. It would be the exact same as a normal's draft but only positive players who have had a good positive experience to teammates are allowed to queue up. Do you like the idea? This sounds great - like only people with no recent chat restrictions, bans, leaves, or a certain number of honors could queue up in this mode. +1

For the time being, it appears that the closest we can achieve this is to simply friend one another and Q together.

Yes and it is nice to queue up with a friendly but it would be even better if u knew all five were positive players

This is no different than a prisoner's island concept. Won't happen

Ah, but the 'Prisoner's Island' has already happened, to some degree. If you're negative (behaviour-wise, not score-wise) in a certain amount of ranked games, you're temporarily banned from them until you win a certain number of normal games. Personally, I think making it based on wins is an awful decision, but that's just my opinion.

This idea sounds similar, but with a reward rather than a punishment. If you're not a jerk to teammates, then of course you'd be allowed to play with like-minded individuals. If you're an offensive jerk that refuses to be a decent human being even in a game, then you don't get to ruin everyone else's fun.

I understand that, however the restriction on ranked games is just that - A restriction. If you have every positive players in one queue, you effectively drain those players and leave the toxic players together, boiling up more toxicity. It is in no way different than a prisoner's island. The only difference here is the wording, put the good players together only instead of toxic players together only, both cases have the same results.
