A new friendly game type

I have noticed that Riot has really been trying to improve the Ranked experience by not allowing Toxic players to queue up in Ranked. one suggestion I wanted to make was setting up a normal summoners rift where only good behavior people are allowed. I noticed that I got a 4 win IP bonus for my positive attitude and no restrictions of any type. I was wondering if me and players like me who want to queue up without worry of negative players to ruin our gaming experience, could queue up in a new game type. It would be the exact same as a normal's draft but only positive players who have had a good positive experience to teammates are allowed to queue up. Do you like the idea?
