Champion Concept: Manish The Seer of Fate
Goal: For this champion concept i wanted to create A utility support that is able to provide help and pressure across the map as well as dictating the outcome of the lives of his allies and enemies.
Visuals: Man around 30’s, Chocolate brown skin, Glowing golden eyes, Black hair moved to one side, Topless, Big and muscular, 6’3, White pants with ornate gold symbols, Symbol of a glowing eye on his fore head, no shoes, Eye of Fate hovering next to him, Eye of Fate in cased within ornate golden dome, Eye of Fates Eye is golden.
Passive: Eye of Fate: Manish is accompanied by the Eye of Fate. The Eye of Fate acts as a controllable pet that provides vision in an area around it and interacts with Manish’s abilities. The Eye of Fate can travel as far away from Manish as he pleases but is no longer able to interact with Some of Manish’s abilities or basic attack. The Eye of Fate’s location is visible to both teams but does not provide vision for the enemy team.
Q (Manish): Holy ground: Manish purifies a target location dealing magic on cast damage to all enemies caught within the zone. For 5 seconds afterwards allies within the zone gain bonus movement speed and any healing effects used on them while they are within the zone is increased. Enemies within Holy Ground have their healing reduced. If The Eye of Fate is present it will create the target location preventing and cleansing healing de buffs applied to ally champions.
Q (EOF): Purifying light: The Eye of Fate purifies the area around it granting true vision instead of normal vision. While purifying light is activated the enemy team also gains normal vision of the area.
W (Manish): Salvation/Doom: On ally cast Manish blesses an ally champion granting them a shield based on his maximum health. On enemy cast if an enemy health is above 50% he deals damage based on their current health. If below the threshold he deals damage based on their missing health. If The Eye of Fate is nearby, on ally cast it will equip itself healing the ally champion and granting them an increased shield by converting a portion of its maximum health. On enemy cast it will follow an enemy, providing vision as well as reducing damage dealt by the enemy unit for a couple of seconds.
W (EOF): Miraculous Descent: Manish can decide whether to call The Eye of Fate back to his location or teleport to The Eye’s. For the duration Manish’s location is revealed and he is unable to cast abilities, move or command The Eye of Fate and any damage taken by him or the Eye will cancel the ability placing it on cool down.
E (Manish): 3 Sins: Manish punishes an enemy for their sins. Having a chance to stun, silence, or blind an enemy champion. If the Eye of Fate is nearby Manish can choose the punishment himself.
E: (EOF): Guardian Eyes: The Eye of Fate can place a Guardian Eye directly on top of its current location. Guardian eyes give the vision of a regular sight ward and last indefinitely but are destroyed in 1 hit and do not stealth.
R: Ascension: Manish or target ally champion becomes one with the Eye of Fate granting them 3 powerful buffs that scale with level.
Omnipotence: Target gains increased stats.
Omnipresence: Target is able to teleport a set distance.
Omniscience: Target gains vision of all champions within a certain area.
I would really appreciate it if people gave me ideas for scaling's as well as places where he can be improved. I would love it if the Lol community got on board and helped me out with this concept.
