Sightstone buff suggestion

What if sightstone or its or ruby sighstone gets a passive where you are able to see more into the fog of war. Meaning that your champion's model has more vision than the other champions without sightstone. Or we can apply this to wards that are placed down by your sightstone. Or both.

Don't think this is a buff it needs (if it does need a buff)

Also a buff to many Lee Sin players (who doesn't need any buffs.)
