Hex teleport

How much would you all like to see hex teleport, similar to hex flash? A lot of top lanners are complaining about how little the impact they have on the game so I thought making there presence bot lane a bit more known might slightly close that gap.

Some details:

-Hex tp has a 35 second cool down -Hex tp has a 8 second channel time -Hex tp cannot be used on towers -Hex tp does not have infinite range (you can tp to bot lane from around baron pit sort of how tf ult works) -Hex tp can only be used when tp is down -Hex tp is a rune (ofc)
