[Champion Concept] Woereth (Darkin champion)

Once again I apologize. I'm not to good with the numbers, but I hope you like my ideas.

Woereth: Wielder of Sorrows

The 2nd of the Darkin to appear in Runterra was the devilsh caster Woereth. Feasting on the sadness and wielding despair as his weapons. He rends all those surrounding him to tatters. Staining the ground with every step stained by their tears and blood. His power over the wretched and the melancholy earned him a mass cult of devious followers. Bowing to his will to avoid being his next victims. He forever travels the land seeking for beings of strong mind and emotional fortitude to put his power to the test.

Primary Role: Mage Secondary Role: Support

Recommended lanes: Bottom (support) Middle

Passive: Misery Loves Company Attack speed slowed for 3%/6%/9% for 1 sec. Attacking enemy champions have their attack speed slowed

Q: Strike of the Somber Cooldown:20/20/15/15/10 deals 50/70/70/90/95 AP(+20% AP) to target. Woereth throws a ball of pure Sorrow at an enemy

W: Crippling Sadness Cooldown: 25/20/20/15/15 Stuns target opponent 3 seconds Woereth seeds his opponents minds with their saddest memories. Leaving them temporarily stunned.

E: Harvest of Tears Cooldown: 30/30/25/25/25 Deals 60/80/80/80/100 AP (+45% AP) to targets within a cone area Woereth reaps the tears of his foes a replenishes his mana and decreases his cooldowns. If target is effected by Crippling Sadness damage also heals Woereth.

R: Swan Song of Despair Cooldown: 180/180/170 Deals 300/350/450 AP (+70% AP) Woereth channels the power of sorrow and creates a Deluge of tears. Effected targets are stunned and afflicted with Crippling Sadness.

P.S: forgot to add vote. Please put a yes/no/maybe in the comments with any criticisms or input. And I'm not good with specifics. I'm more of a creative type as you can tell. If you could possible put alternative ideas that would be helpful.

What's up with you and slows? xD You can't give a slow passive AND make 2 of his abilites slow, too. He also has too many stuns on top of those slows. You need to re-work him. He looks/sounds really clunky and weird. His E is also a weird thing for a support. If he can't heal his ADC then that is just not the best design. Right now he sounds more of a utility mid than anything. Your CDs are also very weird. Should probably change it to something along the lines of 5/4/3/2/1 instead of 5/5/4/3/3. It just looks odd. :p Also, keep in mind that you should probably give him a unique ability. Every new champion has something unique about them. What is unique about him? Ashe slows and Amumu is the definition of sorrow.

This champion's passive is insanely broken. Try bringing down the duration of the slow to around 2 or 3% for 1.5 seconds. Also, is it every attack or is it every occasional attack? If it's every occasional attack, state the interval and lower it to around 5% for 2 or 3 seconds.

If you're passive slows, then all of your abilities can't slow. If it was one other ability besides the passive, that'd be understandable. Stuns and slows cannot be a side effect of the same ability. Substitute one for the other, and bring that slow duration down man. It's way too high. Maybe around 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. If you'd prefer the stun, make it 2 seconds instead of 3.

Your cooldown times are a bit off. Keep them constant. Add mana costs too. You don't need to be good with numbers to do that.

Same thing goes for your damage output regarding consistency. You can't keep the damage output the same throughout levels and then randomly jump it. For example, you can't do 10/10/10/30/50 and you can't do 10/30/45/70/91. The amount of base damage you add must be the same throughout. For example, 10/20/30/40/50 or 15/30/45/60/75.

This is a bit too much. The duration of all slows is excessively large here. Here are some changes of them I like here:

Passive: Attack speed slowed for 3%/6%/9% for 1 sec. Q: slows for 1 sec W: I don't understand this one. You mean enemy will get stunned and then slowed? I don't think this type of cc power is suitable, but if you strongly think so, then stun for 0.5 sec, and then 20%/22%/24%/26%/28% slowed for 1 second. R- 1.5 sec stun is suitable

No offence, but this is kind of a Kass/Morg kind of champ you're listing here, but it's alright. At least you're trying something.

I forgot to mention I made these numbers up. I was hoping for some assistance on that front. I thank you for your contributions. I apologize I'm still new to the whole numbers thing. If someone could make some alternatives or options that would be lovely.
