item 3460 Q: Spatial Ripple: Area of effect Cast on an area cause the ground to shudder and damage all targets inside and slows.

Cooldown: 8 sec Mana cost: 40/46/52/58/64 Slow: 20%


item 3042 W: Shard of the Seeker Linear Cast Activated sends a shard out in a linear path and damages all targets hit. If it hits a champion Zu'ur can see the champion for 45 seconds.

Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 sec Mana cost: 50/54/58/62/66


summoner 4 E: Phasing Step: Targeted point Cast on selected area, and Zu'ur teleports a short distance and looses all tracking attacks or abilities.

Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 sec Mana cost: 58/64/67/70/74


{{summoner:2}} R: Eyes of the Cosmos Upon casting Zu'ur channels for 3 seconds and opens his true eyes and can see all champions on the map. He can then select a champion and calls down a beam upon their current location (does not track target).

Cooldown: 80/70/60 sec Mana cost: 85/95/105

*Friend: applies his passive to the champion and increases movement speed for 4 seconds

*Foe: Damages and slows champions

*: If he is hit during the channel with an ability, crowd control, etc. the channel is interrupted and half the mana cost is refunded.


BACKGROUND:

Foe: AurelionSol, Veigar

An outsider being who has sat in the great nether of existence watching events transpire across the multitude of existence. Only interacting when he feels it necessary, and even then ever so faint. One plane created many eons into his watch a plane come into view that intrigued him. Runeterra. A world constantly stuck on precipice of destruction and filled with a greater chaos then any other plane he has seen.

This has pulled his view from the greater cosmos as a whole and into Runeterra. Allowing him more entertainment and greater activity than ever before. When the League of Legends finally arose his interest was peeked. After the arrival of more and more cosmic beings he decided he will no longer be a passerby. Sitting idly on the bench no more, he has decided to step forth onto the fields, and be an actor not a viewer.

Lets do this. I will focus on negative points and what can be improved. If something is really good, i will probably skip it.

Very very meh. It adds nothing to the game-play, nothing in strategy crafting, nothing in active use of other abilities. It is just there and nothing you can do about it. I suggest changing it completely and do something with the rest of the kit.

Also pretty meh. Typical AOE field of damage and slow. Unless you add some synergy with other abilities (gonna mentions some variants down bellow), i suggest redesigning this ability.

45 sec true sight is broken beyond anything. Check out Lulu's true sight. No ability should gran more than that. Also, pretty meh ability. Simple skill shot and that is. Synergy could improve this by tons.

Kassadin's R with longer cooldown. Bad idea.

Could be pretty decent. Kind like TwistedFate + Karthus R combined.


Suggestions:

Passive Every 20 sec, you generate a spell shield, which will absorb first ability used against you. Shield last until destroyed. Cooldown starts when shield is consumed.

Q Place stationary field in targeted area. Enemies in this area suffers X damage each sec and suffers X% of all damage they do. In addition, enemies in this area can see what is happening outside of this area.

W Shoot out a missile, which will deal X damage to first enemy hit and grant 2-4 sec true sight on that enemy. If you hit enemy inside of your Q, then cooldown of this ability will be reduced to 0 sec.

E Become invisible for X sec and rush to targeted area.

If you have any input (Ability name Changes, actual figures for the abilities, or ability adjustments) I'd LOOOOOOOOOOOVE the input. I'm new to champion creation, and I'm not good with the numbers. Please share this around.

A couple of suggestions and feedback:

  1. Stats His Armor growth is very low. Not sure if unintentional, but the average champion gains about 3.25 armor per level, while this one gains about 1.9 armor per level. Also, the attack range is off because usually melee champions have 125, 150, 175, 200, or 225 range.

  2. Mana Costs While not a neccessity, Riot likes to have their mana costs be intervals of 5 unless it's a very low cool down spell suck as Karthus or Ezreal Q.

  3. W Vision Duration I think it would be wise to make this scale to weaken it during the early game because this champion can allow you to track the enemy jungler for a long time with just one point in this spell. Suggest making it 15/30/45/60/75 seconds or 10/20/30/40/50 seconds so that enemies aren't revealed at all times by this spell.

  4. E Wording Just a personal thing, but, if I am reading this correctly, a better way to word this is that he "disjoints" or "dodges" all targeted spells and attacks rather than losing them.

  5. Ultimate Spell Cost Most ultimate spells cost 100 mana unless they are special, like Teemo R, Karthus R, or other low cool down ultimates.

That's all my feedback on the character. By the way, in the lore, the League is no longer canon, but that's minor. Great character overall I must say!

My review.

  1. Passive is strange to me. It looks more or less useless, because in total it would negate at best 1% of damage. For example: if you are hit by 5 basic attacks with each dealing average 700 damage, in total, you will be taking 3430 damage instead of 3500.
  2. Q is very simple. People usually don't like simple abilities.
  3. W same as Q. Too simple.
  4. E- if it is low CD flash, then does your champion really needs it? What does it offer to your champion?
  5. R. On ally is not good. On enemies it could be a better version of Karthus R.

To sum it up: your champion doesn't look finished and needs some more work put into it.
