passive: Reign of Fire Damaging abilities burn enemies for 3 sec dealing 1% of their max HP as magic damage.

Q: Fireball 650 range 30 mana per ball 10 sec cooldown per ball Conjures fireball at targeted location that charges for 2.5 sec after charging rushes to closest enemy exploding on contact dealing damage in small area. LVL1=1 ball 2.5 sec charge LVL2=1 ball 2 sec charge LVL3=2 balls 2 sec charge LVL4=2 balls 1.5 sec charge LVL5=3 balls 1.5 sec charge

W: Rain of Fire 800 cast range 15 sec cooldown 70 mana Meteors shower on targeted location for 5 sec damaging all enemies in big area.

E: Chaos Orb (Skillshot) 650 range 12 sec cooldown 80 mana Fires orb in targeted direction damaging all minions and small monsters on path. It will stop upon colliding with large monster or champion damaging and stunning it for 1.25 sec

R: Meteor Impact Range Global 120 sec cooldown 100 mana After 0.75 sec delay huge meteor strikes medium area dealing insane amounts of damage.

While I like the concept of a very traditional fire mage, her kit isnt introducing anything new. I would try to find ways that you could make them slightly different from the champion whos ability you are taking, rather than just giving it a fire skin... EX: Q - (Combine Xerath and Nunu) Agni begins charging a fireball that grows in size, slowing her movement speed while charging. After a time, or upon re-activating, Agni throws the fireball to a target location (Not in a line as a skillshot, as an AoE), dealing damage in the area of impact and burning them for additional damage over time.

This introduces new mechanics to the game, while not reinventing the wheel.

So W and R are almost copypasta of Agni from SMITE. Oh yeah and the name is the same and both are fire themed.
