Chromas.
I have two questions about Chroma skins.
- Are they only limited to the champs that currently have them? I.e. Garen, Lucian, Blitz, ect.?
- If not, can people who mastered a champion get a chroma as a reward?

They are limited to champions who currently have them until further notice.
More will come out for other champions and skins and I think mastering a champion should give a discount on the chroma or make the chroma unlock-able. (This would make it so you have to master the champion to buy the chroma)
