A new mechanic for a champ

A monk champ, peaceful style zen boi. He plays with mana. I only have a few kit ideas if you have any others or concept arts please share. Melee/Mana Top/Support maybe CC, maybe light bruiser (He'd be ok with ap but he's not meant to be a mage) He is meant to be a lane bully in a new way rather then you backing for health you need to back for mana, cause most champs lose trades without ablities Passive: Inner Balance You seek balance, after 3 seconds not in champion combat your mana and health start to balance out. You gain health for mana or lose health for mana depending on which is lower(Equilibrium). This could go for or against you so you have to be balanced in offense and defense Q: Siphon (no cost, med CD) You steal mana off opponent. Maybe health if they have no mana bar. Used to drive out of lane without hurting (this champ doesn't like killing as much) W: TBA E: TBA R: Silence (100) Monk yells out silencing all enemies in an area and gains MS. Imagine Zenyatta but instead of healing in silences. This is not a single circle, it sticks with this champ as he moves, so you need to run away and he can move to prioritize a certain enemy.

That actually sounds really cool, not only would it be impressive if they can manage to make a true pacifist support, but i'd like to see an actual laner, probably mid, succeed in the laning phase using NO violence

about that equilibrium passive, what if there was an ability that could do the same to your laner, if they spam too many ablilties, they get punished for it, but if they're low, and still have a lot of mana, it will end up healing them

I mean, if you want to make his Ultimate even more pacifist based, you could make it similar to something from Age of Empires III, the Indian Civilization's Taj Mahal's Special Ability: Ceasefire. It does the following: "When activated, all units on the map cannot attack for 20 seconds, buildings, though, can still attack."

So in terms of League, it's global (I guess it's similar to Nortrom, the Silencer at this point but more extreme). Instead, this causes all players (even your allies) to be silenced and disarmed (cannot auto-attack) for a short set period as well as giving a huge temporary boost of movement speed for yourself and allies. This way you can use this ult offensively and defensively: offensively for setting up an engage and defensively for re-positioning your team. It also gives the enemy a chance to play around it too; making this ability technically a double-edged sword and skill based similar to Kindred/Bard ult.

Also, it's not extremely toxic since you can't really attack/kill anyone during the time period.
