Fiora really could use a new skin, one that also changes her particles a bit. I think frostblade is a really fitting theme. Credits go to the artist:

Looks like your basic anime Character. None of Fiora's skins show much skin. and Irelia's frostblade skin (if you meant it to pair with that) doesn't show skin at all. So why start now?

I jus't don't believe Ice should Sit directly on skin, even on a skin.
