Is it a bad idea?

is it a bad idea to have more stuff apply in the Honor rewards that and easier to see the progress like our lv? idk if it be dumb to add a skin that everyone assuming...gets when they reach Honor LV5 like how we get that warwick skin by lv? kinda want that skin to be a riot skin since i dont think another has been made.
