If so, why don't they just copy the Goth Annie flame textures? I am assuming this is not a complicated process.
I collect all the Annie skins, but I can't see myself buying the Sweetheart skin without pink flames.
Masterjlam6 votesit's true! I mean, frost fire annie has her fire blue. I don't know about goth annie, but you could just change the color to pink, it's not so hard to do. NO ONE WOULD BUY THE SKIN WITHOUT HER HAVING PINK FIRE!!!
Lunar Lightning6 votesRiots just extermely inconsistent with their pricing, there is no difference between 975 and 1350 skins for the most part (yes their are some minor things) but nothing that people honestly care about. And I agree I feel like they are gonna lose out on more money by not adding particles off the # of people who wont buy it at 750 without particles vs the loss they take 225 rp if they add particles
If you get 1 out of 3 people to buy the skin because of added particles its worth it and I feel like thats probably true in this case

Sukishoo3 votesAll of the Trundle skins change the pillar and most of them are 750 or below. So there's a few exceptions but that's just one ability. Where as Annie you'd be changing the fire in all of the abilities and and well the orange flames still do fit this theme quite well.

Trundle's pillar isn't a particle effect as it's much more of a part of the character than simple glitter effects or fire. It'd look plain weird to see Trundle with an ice pillar in a police/junkyard/baseball skin that it's kind of necessary that he get his pillars made to match his skin just like Tibbers is made to match every Annie skin. Everyone forgets that Tibbers gets a new skin as well. That being said though, recoloring the fire would be the most basic way to compliment Annie skins since so much work has to go into Tibbers alone. In the past, Riot has stated that 975 skins and up get new particle effects, yet her Annie is with the majority of her skins 975 and up lacking any kind of additional particles whatsoever. KateyKhaos, why do Annie's other skins, like Prom Queen, Reverse, and Annie in Wonderland, which sit at or above the 975 cost, have no special effects other than Tibbers? Frostfire and Panda have special effects, so what about the rest of them?

As for Annie, the wonderland skin is an OLD legendary and most all of those have nothing special. Only recent one I can think of that has new effects is Fire Fighter Trist thanks to her VU, though Annie got a VU awhile back and that one still never really got much difference.

Gunpoint4 votesI don't get why Riot makes these 750 skins prime for different particles but then don't add them, for example, Pickpocket Twitch, all they had to do was put bullets like on his mafia skin. Just because it's 750 they feel they need to give a crappier product? If you pay real money just so a champion looks different, it should be worth it, so I don't get why they want to cheat us.

QueenAqua1 votesTPA Mundo and Constable Trundle. Look at the effects and listen to the goblet when Mundo throws it. Same price tier, has effects/ new sounds. Sherwood Forest Ashe has green tinged arrows and is even cheaper, priced at 520 RP.
Sukishoo1 votesThose aren't particle effects. Those are more so part of the champion, since well ALL trundle skins change the pillar. It's kind of like the upcoming Sivir & Naut skins, they got new weapon models because if they didn't it'd look weird.

Sukishoo1 votesYeah it would. Constable for example is a Police theme, so the Traffic cone makes much more sense, same with Junkyard being a pillar of Junk and so on. As for Ashe, those aren't new particles they are just tinted to be a bit green. New particles actually mean the effects that you see visually are entirely different for all abilities (see Heartseeker Ashe and the Hearts/doves/ect)
QueenAqua1 votesExcept the whole point is that we want pink fire. It has nothing ot do with new particles. it's about changing the color of the flame effects to pink. If your gonna argue that Ashe's skin isn't technically "new particles" than asking for Annie's flames to be recolored to pink wouldn't count as "new particles" either. And changing particle color IS particle change due to the fact that it is different from classic particles. It doesn't have to be a significant change to be a particle change.
Sukishoo1 votesIt wouldn't but unfortunately since they've re-defined what they give to these skin classes, so that's on them. Ashe is a much older skin anyway. So If they were to change something like that for Annie, who is a newer skin, then like they said it'd up her price.
