If so, why don't they just copy the Goth Annie flame textures? I am assuming this is not a complicated process.
I collect all the Annie skins, but I can't see myself buying the Sweetheart skin without pink flames.
Riots just extermely inconsistent with their pricing, there is no difference between 975 and 1350 skins for the most part (yes their are some minor things) but nothing that people honestly care about. And I agree I feel like they are gonna lose out on more money by not adding particles off the # of people who wont buy it at 750 without particles vs the loss they take 225 rp if they add particles
If you get 1 out of 3 people to buy the skin because of added particles its worth it and I feel like thats probably true in this case
it's true! I mean, frost fire annie has her fire blue. I don't know about goth annie, but you could just change the color to pink, it's not so hard to do. NO ONE WOULD BUY THE SKIN WITHOUT HER HAVING PINK FIRE!!!

I don't get why Riot makes these 750 skins prime for different particles but then don't add them, for example, Pickpocket Twitch, all they had to do was put bullets like on his mafia skin. Just because it's 750 they feel they need to give a crappier product? If you pay real money just so a champion looks different, it should be worth it, so I don't get why they want to cheat us.
I know people complain about there not being enough cheaper skins, but I'd much rather this skin get pink flames and be 975 than no pink flames and 750 =\
Well its only a 750. Riot thinks that 750 skins don't get particles. At least for right now...
I agree I think the skin is cute but with the orange flames it just looks bad. pink would be so much better looking since it would match the skin. the orange kinda makes it look cheap and sloppy and not cute.
A rioter said that because it was a certain price, it won't get new particles... When all they have to do is copy paste to add them, it just shows that all that matters is money.
I'd just like to input I'm personally not buying the skin simply because it's using the base particles.

750 tier doesn't get new particles. They always use the base particles. If she had different colored effects and such she'd be a 975.
