Can we please up the Leavebuster punishments?

At least three quarters of my games today have been plagued by people leaving early or AFKing out. It's really irritating when some kid leaves because he didn't plan for his dinner, bedtime, etc. There are too many people thinking they can squeeze in a 20 minute game when it actually is more like 45 minutes. And I think people who regularly disconnect due to ISP or hardware issues should be punished just the same. It still effects player game experience the same. Please up the punishments to discourage the behavior.
