Pretty funny how Riot can't create just a random guy to tell a story without someone calling them out to implement him as a champion in the game. xD Same was going on with the guy beating up Ekko in "Seconds", the Zaun baron from Camille's comic "Severed ties" and now that poor guy killed by Warwick. ^^

I think it would be easier to just use him as a base for a Zaunite Graves skin.
