Riot Lux

I am bad at designing a sample so i will give u an idea and maybe u can design it lol. a Riot Lux skin will be a good idea. Her abilities will be red white and blue based and she will look like a female cop. Her wand will be like a tazer stick like cops use. This is just an idea.
