Ranked queue borders

Riot, can you make the ranked borders visible to both teams during loadout. I and alot of ppl work hard to achieve a gold or diamond or whatever border and we want to show it off ;) also masteries too. Because only my team can see my masteries and border things during loadout and I can only see my teams. Please consider before season rewards. Thanks
