Can we get a vote to dodge button? In depth please read

So I don't have proof of any article of the top of my head but im pretty sure its a known fact that riot understands dodging a queue is part of the game. Im sure weve all had to suck it up because of the "mid or feed" player that pops up from time to time. Now understandably you shouldnt be able to make the decision to dodge the queue for im sure we all could think of different consequence, however here is my idea:

Insert a button on the lobby screen that a player could press if they felt the queue needed to be dodged due to a player stating he or she would be destructive to the team. When 4 of the 5 members of a team press the dodge button they will be removed from the lobby and queue. When each member presses their respective button, there would be no notification to the rest of the team so the only way any teammates knew you voted to dodge would be through chat communication.

I feel like this would make more players less likely to try the "mid or feed" technique and other such behaviors as well as removing the frustration put on players who do have to dodge a queue like that. What do you guys think? Thanks for reading!:)
