Ugly "legendary" skins :(

Hi Recently I've received new skin from hextech crafting- Ice Toboggan Corki. I was really excited, beacuse it's legendary and in addition legacy skin. After trying out this skin in game unfortunately I have to say I'm disappointed. Skin doesn't change any particles and animations. I understand you can't rework every single old skin, but i think when it comes to legendary skins, players should be given something special. That's ridiculous, because even Master Yi's skin which costs 500 RP offers changed sounds, many legendary skins don't offer anything omitting changed texture. Examples: Ice Toboggan Corki, Red Baron Corki, The Magnificent TF and many more. I understand that many skins need rework, but there are only a few legacy and Legacy skins and in my opinion owners of those skins deserve something better. JPDG

probably why it got put in the legacy category, with all the other ugly skins (Or a good chunk of them)

riot has been intentionally taking down ugly skins from the shop, but still lets you get them from loot.

unfortunately they also take down some of the best cheap skins like vandal brand.. likely to encourage you to buy them when they come up that one time of year or to get you to buy another chest to get the orange essence when you get a shard. which isn't that big of a deal but still
