Champion Concept - Edgard, The Champion of Piltover

Hi Everyone,

This is only my second champion I've ever designed. Please provide feedback and suggestions:

Edgard, The Champion of Piltover

When conceiving this champ, I used pro wrestling and mixed martial arts as inspiration. The idea was to build a character who was a reigning fighting champion, like a ufc or wwe or boxing champion-esque story, from the FIghting Arena of Piltover. I envision him as a top laner, but I could potentially see people playing him in jungle.

Here's his current kit:

Passive - Combo Machine

Every time Edgard hits an enemy with one of his abilities, he gains +10% Damage to his next damaging ability, but it costs 10% more mana. This stacks up to 2 times. The effect last 4 seconds.

Q - Flying Lariat

Edgard briefly dashes backwards and then forwards, causing(value TBD) attack damage to all enemies hit. Enemies hit by this are slowed by 25% for 2 seconds.(Cooldown 8 seconds)

W - Sleeper Hold

Edgard grabs an enemy unit for (value TBD) attack damage and disables them from attacking, using abilities, or summoner spells for 2 seconds. (Cooldown 16 Seconds)

E - Suplex

Edgard grabs a target enemy, flips them over his head, and stuns them for .5/1/1.5/2 seconds, dealing (value TBD) attack damage. (Cooldown 12 Seconds)

R - Piltover's Perfect Elbow Drop

Only targetable on enemy units currently under the effects of crowd control. Edgard jumps into the air and drives his elbow down onto enemy unit affected by cc. Unit takes 250 + (70/85/100% of Attack Dmg) as true damage.(Cooldown 75 Secs)
