[Champion Concept] Fragas. The Mountain Man

(Sorry I can't really draw or figure out how to create a prototype but I can explain how he looks.)

Fragas is Gragas' brother. From a young age Gragas and Fragas have always been competitive. Now that Gragas has joined the league, Fragas wants his opportunity to show his skills and might in the league as well. Fragas is about the same size as Gragas but has a long, thick red beard that goes down to his knees and carries a giant wooden mallet. The only difference is that Fragas was born a little off. For some reason he has always had a beard and it comes to his aid at times of danger. Now through extensive practice he can control his beard to do his bidding.

Tank, Support, and Jungler

Passive: One of his passives is only active when Gragas is in the game also. Rivalry: When Gragas and Fragas are on the same team they get a small boost to their speed. When they are on separate teams they each get a small attack spike to try and counter each other. Revenge: Fragas hates losing so when he dies he gets a 5% cool down reduction for 2 minutes.

Q: Mountain Smash - Fragas swings his mallet overhead and slams down into his target. At max level has the chance to stun if close enough.

W: Beard Reflex - Fragas' beard comes to his aid and block one attack.

E: Mighty Swing - Fragas swings his mallet and knocks his opponents away from him and slows his target.

R: Mountain Beard - Fragas shoots his beard out and if it connects to an opponent it wraps itself around his target and roots them there for 7 seconds.
