It seems like the charm causes them to reset for some reason? Either way, bug fixes come out a patch or two after discovery.

Very rarely is a champion bug fixed same patch, and that’s for game breaking ones.

it happens with all jungle camps,i already reported it 3 or 4 times since new runes got released on PBE (like 2/3 months before they came on live),yet they didn't fix it

Charm has been healing shit for a while, and nobody is entirely sure why. It had a bizarre interaction with stoneplate a while ago.
