2 Simple Additions
Here are two simple things that I think would be nice to have...

Have a team message board feature.

Display what mode you are playing in champ select.

For a ranked team, it would nice to communicate to the team when people are offline. It's frustrating trying to get everyone on the same page when it is not coordinated when everyone should be online to chat, let alone play with each other. Imagine looking at your team, and seeing a message stating, "be online Thursday at 9pm PST." If you are the reader of the message, you could add to the message by saying, "cant make it thurs, can we do Fri?" Otherwise, its almost pure luck to know when someone is going to be on.

Tired of reading/asking "is this ranked or norms". I know it's a really simple thing to find out, but it would be even simpler if you could just look at the top of the champion pool and see "ranked mode."
