Bonus IP for playing flex queue during 1st week of season 7

Before, riot has mentioned they are going to give bonus ip for playing flex queue during the first week of season 7. Does anyone have an idea how much? Flex queue is kind of crazy right now, and when I queue up, there are large mismatches in skill in most games. It just seems unfair.

It is aggravating having someone bronze on my team who feeds hardcore, will never group (and flames you for asking to group), has 0 map awareness, doesn't react to anything, has 30 cs at 15 minutes despite his lane opponent/enemy jungle not denying him any cs, tries to split push late game when can't 1v1 anyone on enemy team (maybe enemy support, but flames team for asking him to group). The list goes on and on. I'm not a pro at the game but it feels like super low elo players literally will not group to end a game, even if super ahead. Twenty five minute games become forty five minute games, and the second you get baron, someone immediately dies to the enemy team for free or does something to waste the baron and reset the clock and when you can push to end the game. The worst thing is the bronze league attitude; I could handle the poor playing of a bronze leaguer if it wasn't for blaming one's own problems on someone else, refusing to listen, and flaming when one has no idea what he/she is talking about.

If the bonus is something like 2 ip what it was for grouping with friends and playing--and how much that got played up as riot, and turned out it was not a big deal at all--would you still play flex queue? I feel like if I got like 20 ip more a game I would play, but for 2 ip, I wouldn't want to play up for 45-50 minutes each game. What do you guys think?

If it helps, a 37 minute game win nets around 100 ip and a 37 minute loss nets around 68 ip.
