As new Runes revealed I have a suggestion for jungler rune.
Runic Affinity: Buffs from neutral monsters last 10% longer, your spells do 10% increased damage to monsters. if you die while you have buff from a neutral monster you don't lose the buff.
You already don't lose buffs if you're executed. And part of the whole point of jungle buffs is that they transfer when you die, giving some risk to getting them. This is why a good jungler will never give a feeding mid laner a blue buff. If they die, they lose the buff and now the enemy mid gets even more fed off of them because now the enemy has the buff.
