Riot doesn't allow purchasing accounts from websites, and they don't allow bots to level accounts. I completely understand. However leveling a new account is a pain. It takes forever, and is very tedious. Why doesn't Riot sell level 30 accounts, or level 30 "packs" in the shop to allow players to become level 30. To prevent new players from purchasing the pack, players should have to link it to an account that is level 30 or above. This could help prevent smurfing, get rid of buying/ selling sites, and make some more money for the company. My friend just got into league, and he enjoys it. However what he does not like is facing experienced players as a new level 10 player and getting destroyed every game. What are your guys's thoughts?

Riot already hates people smurfing, and so do a lot of players. But also, even if they're a new player they can just get someone else to link their account for them and get access to the boost.

If the level 30 boost doesn't require another lvl30 account, it would either be free and really stupid as to why we'd even have levels at that point. Or it would cost rp, and most players wouldn't buy the accounts cause they're ftp (free to play) players, Like me For Example

But yes, the fact that 9/10 players in low levels are smurfs and the fact that smurf accounts are probably over 40% of the league player base is pretty bad, and sadly I don't think riot can do anything about it.
