Thresh bug, E doesn't do AP Dmg

I was playing thresh, and my E passive wasn't going off. I was only doing the AD Damage, no AP Damage was coming up. I tried relogging but it did not fix the issue.

I asked the enemy if they were taking AP damage, and they said they were. so it's probably just a visual bug
