[Champion Concept] Bronn, the Star Golem

Bronn is a tank champion that deals constant damage and heals. He has high sustain in battle and damage reduction with E. His main source of damage is W and Passive that require him to get close to the enemy. Good against tanks, but bad against mobile champions.

Lore

(I'm really bad at writing lore so it will probably be really bad and cringy)

Bronn used to live like a normal golem in Runeterra. He was different that other golems, having a mind full off questions and curiosity. He never used to like others. His power came when a strange comet fell to land. Everyone was scared, but not Bronn. He approached it and felt a strange feeling in his hands and feet. He continued to walk forward, thinking about what could be in there. He felt pain for the first time in his life. The matter pulled him when he tried to run, caging him. Now after thousand years, he came to life, feeling more powerful than ever, and having the ability to control stars and destroy them.


Abilities

Passive [Space Forge]: Every 15 - 4 seconds, gains 1 Star that is shown above Bronn, up to 3. Stars activate after taking damage from champions or monsters, granting a shield that blocks 50 - 180 (+55% armor) damage. They also deal 25 - 180 (+4% bonus health) damage in a radius. Activation Cooldown: 2 seconds Radius: 475

Q [Star Wrath]: Shoots a star that deals 35/65/95/125/155 (+80% AP) magic damage and slows the target by 40% for 2 seconds. Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana Range: 950

W [Star Eruption]: Toggle on: Deals 14/24/34/44/54 (+2.5% enemy's max health) magic damage per second and heals by 8% of damage taken in the past 1 second per second. Radius: 475 Cost: 20/25/30/35/40 mana per second

Toggle off: Stars generate 15/19/23/27/31% faster.

E [Starlight]: Passive: Stars heal 16/18/20/22/24% (+20/25/30/35/40% AP) missing health when activated and grant 12% of max mana. This ability is only available when the champions is at least 4 seconds in combat with an enemy champion. Heal Cooldown: 6 seconds (this cooldown is not affected by CDR)

Active: Gains 70% damage reduction for 1 seconds and 1 star. Cooldown: 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds Cost: 60 mana

R [Skyline]: Becomes untargetable for 1 seconds and dashes in a direction, dealing 75/150/225 (+50/65/80% AP) magic damage and knocking all enemies hit behind him. If he hits terrain it is destroyed for 8 seconds. Cooldown: 140/120/100 seconds Range: 850 Cost: 100 mana

I always enjoy concepts like these! It would require some thinking to play since you have to manage both stars and mana, but is easy to read and understand! I congratulate you on accomplishing such a concept!

Now onto his abilities:

Passive I believe that this is a solid passive, no need for changes. His balance isn't important, but try to imagine how this would feel to play against when against Bronn in lane. It seems ok to me though.

Star Wrath Solid, simple ability. Decent crowd control, and the AP scaling allows for some solid off-builds. I like it.

Star Eruption I love the healing attached to the toggle on. Healing for the immediate damage last dealt to you is ingenious and makes it feel really fair to play against since it provides healing based on damage without making the opponent feel like they should just never attack you.

Starlight Aside from the numbers being a little high on the passive, solid. The short duration active allows for some "reaction time skill expression", so it's really nice.

Skyline Ah yes, terrain destruction! A mechanic I don't really know why it hasn't been implemented in the actual game yet besides maybe technical boundaries. I love the ability and wish we had a champion in the game that can do this!

The only thing I wish would be expanded in this concept is the lore. I really wish more story could be in this dude. What connections does he have to the world around him? Who does he know? Does he have enemies? How did the world change with his "awakening"? A more expanded lore would be great if you feel like writing more! A solid concept indeed! I would play it.
