NAME: SUBJECT

FIGHTER/TANK

Subject is the only surviving specimen of an experiment to give humans telekinetic ability conducted by by Dr. Mundo, the madman of Zaun. The experiments drove him insane, destroyed his mind, and left him with only memories of Dr. Mundo talking during his experiments, in which he is referred to as Subject. He eventually escaped Dr. Mundo's lab, and the ensuing destruction to Zaun caused by his rampage was immense and costly. A team of summoners finally pinned him down and he was locked away for years inside a special prison, crafted specifically for him. When the League was formed, he was given a choice: by competing in the League for Zaun, he could escape his cage and see the light of day, or remain in what had become his hell. His answer was immediate. He would fight in the League of Legends.

Abilities: PASSIVE: TELEKINETIC ARMOR Armor is increased by 20% of Attack Damage. Q: PSYBLAST-30/34/38/42/46 MANA-16/14/12/10/8 SEC COOLDOWN Deals 65/110/145/170/210+(65% Attack Damage) with a blast of psychic energy from below in an area and knocks enemy units into the air. W: PSYCHIC PULSE-TOGGLE-15/18/21/24/27 MANA TO SWITCH-10/10/9/9/8 SEC COOLDOWN BETWEEN TOGGLES When activated, all nearby units are pulled toward Subject. While active, all nearby units moving away from Subject are slowed by 5/10/15/20/25%. All nearby units moving toward Subject have speed increased by the same amount. When deactivated, all nearby units are knocked back from Subject. While inactive, all units moving toward Subject are slowed by 5/10/15/20/25%. All units moving away from Subject have speed increased by the same amount. Exiting this field causes the speed to decay over 2 seconds. When toggled, knockback and pull each stun for one second. E: TELEKINETIC SHIELD-45/55/65/75/85 MANA-20/19/18/17/16 SEC COOLDOWN Subject generates a shield that absorbs up to 100/150/200/250/300 +(25% Attack Damage) for up to 5 seconds. If the shield is broken, it explodes, dealing 25/50/75/100/125 +(50% Attack Damage) and knocking back all nearby enemy units. R: CRUSHING FORCE-100/125/150 MANA-90/90/90 SEC COOLDOWN Subject shoots a telekinetic ball in a direction. All enemy units hit by the ball are snared and take 300/450/600+(70% Attack Damage) over 2 seconds and attack speed is slowed by 50%. Affected enemies then have their movement speed reduced by 50%. All status effects after the snare wears off decay over 4 seconds. All enemy champions killed by this attack cut the refresh of CRUSHING FORCE by 5%.

SYNERGY YASUO: Yasuo requires his enemies to be in the air to hit them with his ultimate. Subject can pop them into the air with PSYBLAST, giving Yasuo the perfect chance to finish them off. WARWICK: Warwick, without any reach, can't easily catch his opponents. Subject can keep them in place long enough for Warwick to catch up and kill them. VEIGAR: Enemies near Subject can be slowed, making them easy targets for Veigar's delayed spells.

WEAK AGAINST: CAITLYN: Caitlyn, with her sniper rifle, doesn't need to be near Subject to attack, and stands out of range of all of his abilities. If she keeps her distance, she can keep him locked down without much effort. NOCTURNE: Nocturne is adept at closing in on an enemy, and his ultimate lets him cut right through the slow and attack without PSYCHIC PULSE holding him back. His shield can also block PSYBLAST, making him incredibly resilient to nearly everything Subject can throw at him. MASTER YI: Master Yi, like Nocturne, closes in on enemies quickly and efficiently, and his ultimate enables him to walk right through PSYCHIC PULSE.

TIPS: As Subject -If an enemy is getting out of range of PSYCHIC PULSE, use PSYBLAST to stop them long enough to catch up and finish them off. You can also push allies forward with PSYCHIC PULSE. -CRUSHING FORCE can be used to hold enemies down while the team escapes if a fight begins to look bad for your side. -Keep in mind when you want to use TELEKINETIC SHIELD. It may be appealing to open up the offensive with it, but on an enemy who needs to close to do damage, it may be better used in an escape. VS Subject -CRUSHING FORCE can lock down an entire team. Spread out and do not stand in a straight line when fighting Subject to minimize damage. -If Subject has his TELEKINETIC SHIELD up, it may be better to wait until it dissipates to press the attack. -Watch the direction PSYCHIC PULSE is pushing. The direction the waves are going will dictate what directions will give a speed boost, and what will slow.

Various sounds When selected: "Please...don't make me go back..." When first summoned: "This...is this sunlight? It's been so long..." When moving: -"The voices...they want..." -"Where am I? Who are you?!" -(mad cackling) -"NO! NOOOO! Ok." Death: -"MY FRIEND...SAYS...bye...!!!" -"Little Sister...Bubbles...is sorry..." -(cackling, fades to gurgling)

Alright, base and scaling for q are too low in my opinion. Make them higher, say 65/110/145/170/210 with 65% total. Make only first target knockup, and rest slow or something. Aoe knockup in a skillshot like that is kind of strong for a basic ability on a tank with no gate outside of cdr. W is interesting, not sure if good, but really interesting. Shield should scale with max health, or you get the diana problem, where if you get ahead you're unkillable, but do shittons of damage. Or riven in this case for AD. Ultimate should NOT suppress. Stun sure. Knockup, I'll give. Suppress is just dumb on that kind of skill. Also make it an actual number. 30% max hp is amazingly strong. That got eve nerfed super hard, was changed from max hp on ult to current hp. I'd say either make it current, or give it an actual base.

Nice champ, only thing I'd like to point out, and I'm not very good with numbers on champions so I'm not even sure if I'm right on this or not, but +50% AD and +150% AD (especially that second one) seem a bit high. I know that +150% is on your ult, but I still feel like that's higher than what most champs' abilities in general get. He's using attack damage that he shouldn't even have, basically, and while this is just in a ball that just flies in a direction that can be avoided, it still seems like a bit much. Also, something to think about but it's up to you, but telekinetic abilities seem like they'd be more along the lines of magic abilities, so maybe instead of Attack Damage his abilities should work with Ability Power.
