Barax, Lord of the Jungle

Barax visually would be a lion, basically a lager form of Nidalee's cougar form with a mane, and would have pretty basic ablities. Made for top lane he would have lots of natural tankyness and be able to soak up lots of AD.

"Leave only scars" Passive: For every % of health lost _____ would gain ( .25, .5, .1, 1.5,) armor capping at 25% health with (19, 38, 75, 113) bonus armor. [Notes on passive, it would be like Olaf's passive]

"just a bite" Q ability: Provides one of three active ability to modify basic attacks for (4, 5, 6, 8, 10) seconds with a (6, 7, 8, 10, 12)second cool down. Health regain: Gives (5, 10, 15, 20, 25) health back per basic attack. Damage over time: Applies a bleed to the enemy overs a period of 3 seconds dealing (10, 25, 35, 45, 60) bonus damage {does not stack} Slow: Applies a (10%, 15%, 20%, 30%, 35%) slow for 2 seconds {does not stack} [Notes on Q, visually his Jaws would change color with the effect he has... green=heal, red=DOT, and blue=slow]

"RWAR" W ability: Passively gives bonus attack speed (2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%) and movement speed (6%, 8%, 10%, 12%, 15%) Actively doubles the attack speed and gives (5, 10, 15, 20, 25) bonus attack damage [Notes on W, i felt like doubling the MS would be to much of a get away buff, and the attack speed works well with his Q]

"no room for the weak" E ability: Spins around doing damage and knocking back and stunning opponents for twice his attack range and stunning for (.25, .5, .75, .1, 1.5) seconds [Notes on E, well... its pretty basic]

"FEAR ME" R ability/ultimate: gives Barax 4 short AoE ult bursts dealing (50, 75, 125) magic damage and fearing any near by minions. [R notes: think Voli fear and Irelia ult mixed}

The skin released with him would be Void Barax a purple lion with a black mane and 4 red eyes
