I have an idea for some items

So the general idea of it was adding soul orbs to the game where you have region specific orbs but everyone can buy them. Here is how it works you can buy them for 50 gold (idk about pricing yet I'd go as far as 300 gold) for a soul orb for which you farm creeps and jg monsters and after 100 minions you get an effect on that orb, but to make it a bit risky you can never buy healing consumables. So here is what we do next you have your orbs that have reached the 100 cs in it and now you get to upgrade them (idk if we should have it to be upgraded with an item I was thinking more of an menu you get). There is an orb called "The Crystal Orb of Winter" from which you gain 15% slow for 1 sec (if the slow is too much I'd go as low as 10% and not lower) stacking up to 45% at 300 cs max ( all orbs max out at 300 cs BTW) which could be related to Freljord. "The Fiery Ruby" which is related to Noxus and it gives you 20 burn dmg over 1 sec reaching a max of 60 dmg (if needed a buff I'd go as high as 30 and not more because the dmg is really enough to have 60 dmg per auto attack or spell no other item effect should proc it or rune). "The tricky Emerald" which is related to Ionia and it's jungles, steals life from your opponent, NOT CLASSIC LIFESTEAL THOUGH, it works of a base value such as 5 (or 15 max buff starting value) to 15 (or in the case of 15 base value 45 is the max) base hp stolen from enemy and given to you over a basic attack. "The Holy Sapphire of Light" which relates to Shurima gives you 3% max hp regen over 1 second in combat and out of combat and it's max is ofcourse 12% (the highest base value I'd give it would be 5% with it's max being 15%) while it's opposite "The Corrupted Amethyst of The Abyss" which is related to the Void could give us mana regen similar to the it's Shuriman countepart in it's scaling maybe more due to how much mana is being used."The Gemstone of the Ruined King" (I really want more ruined king lore) which gives you more dmg to minions but it's scaling is more unique compared to it's other counterparts as it is practically useless later on or maybe it could be given turret dmg to compensate. So here is my idea it gains 2 scalings every 50 minions you gain an extra of 20 dmg to minions per basic attack and every 100 minions you gain an extra of 100 dmg to turrets/ Inhibitors/Dragons/Baron/Nexus and all similar objectives, which could be really nice as it maxes out at 300 creeps and also it belongs to the Shadow Isles ofc. "The Rough Diamond" which relates to Demacia and it's disciplined army gives an all out stat buff per 100 creeps with infinite scalings (except to movement speed/critical strike/all lifesteal effects/auto attack range/tenacity/cooldown reduction(maybe?)) as it gives a buff worth of 10 to hp and mp regen, 10 to ad and 20 to ap, 10 to armor and mr, 12% to attack speed and maybe possibly 5% to cdr. "The greedy Opal of the Sea" which gives you extra passive gold gain every 75 minions increasing your passive gold by 5 stacking up to 3 times which we all know belongs to Bilgewater. And last but not least "The Shiny Moonstone" which belongs to Targon and it's an active item(or it could be an aura) that gains it stacks by just being near killed minions and it lets out a healing hp regen aura or a flat heal with a cooldown of a minute worth of 150 per 100 minion death stack which could be nice for supports. NOW we could also make these gems enhance any item you want to make space in your inventory but only when you get 3 items and the enhancement would require 500 gold or maybe less(probably less, like 300 gold) and it only gives a dot corresponding to it's color on the corner of the item we enhanced. So there you have it my whole idea of adding interactive items that encourages farming on players. EDIT: You can only buy 1 orb in your game since the stacking would not match and Kills give 10 stacks and assists give 5 stacks

Didn't read it, not going too, sorry. You need to structure the post and work on grammar. Nobody is going to read a giant block of text like this. Use paragraphs, header, bullet points, etc.
