Is Zed a balanced champ in the newer patches?

I might be gold5, BUT I still know how the game should work and you can't say that it was just me being mad cus these clips could be in diamond and above. Honestly Zed R is way too strong in the way of how much dmg it can output with his ad gains AND the fact that his Q's deal the same amount of dmg to the same target BUT WAIT there is more why is he able to completely annihilate a group of ppl I never heard an assassin should deal so much aoe dmg or have as many single target bursts in such a low span of time (vlad being a really tricky guy aswell due to the amount of dmg he can do with his r and e combo) but I get that Zed oh wow weak early lane phase just zone him so much counterplay but it's not early or mid game where he is at his strongest it's when he gets a few items. What happened to all that talk of assassins falling of late game but Zed just gets stronger with his R ad buff which I thought was the only buff he really needed appart from all the others so I would appreciate if his R either got a nerf or his dmg output to multiple ppl something has to give in. He deals way too much single target dmg while also being able to kill multiple ppl at once as you can see in the clips I posted up above and this isn't just this patch this has been going on for a few patches. So long story short NERF ZED (fuck off all you zed mains who think he needs buffs).
