Rework Taric seems abit strong
I think people are overlooking how strong Taric is going to be just because he is a support ~

Did you know that switching to Geico could save you up to 15% on your car insurance?
The delays will leave a lot of space to work around though. There's like a 2.5 cooking time for his ult.
His passive is only gonna work for you if you actually get up to someone and expend those charges. If you've managed to catch an ADC and get close to them to begin with with nothing more than a delayed stun, they deserve the damage.
He super mana dependent and need to build 2 armor to get any decent dmg from his ability scalings.
I think he'll be really overpowered in the hands of supports who really understand how his kit works. His teamfighting will be nuts. Malphite, MF, GP, Brand and a host of other big aoe ultimates are all basically nullified by a well timed and set up Taric ult.
Note, I said "well-timed" and "set up" because Taric is now all about the set up and timing. This won't be a champ that really shines with mediocre supports. He'll work well enough with people who are playing a decent game of support, but the really creative bastards will see a tasuo running ahead, W bond with him, hit the Q so he catches the fleeing enemy, then heal yasuo after the enemy team turns. Follow all that up with an ult on the now clumped ally team and that turret they're hiding under won't save anyone.
This Taric is gonna be fun.
