Smokey Quartz is the fusion between the human-Gem hybrid, Steven Universe, and Amethyst. Smokey maximizes at long range damage and keeping enemies at bay with crowd control abilities. Smoky works best when they have an ally nearby that they can use Psych Out to make a quick escape or to save allies. Their ultimate makes fighting her a risky move.

Passive: Rewind
When Smokey Quartz’s yo-yo returns to them after using an ability, it grants them (20%) bonus movement speed and a shield equal to 30% of their maximum health for 3 seconds.

Q - Walk the Dog Active: Smokey flings their yo-yo in the direction their facing. Units hit are dealt 90(+ 20% of Smoky’s attack power)(+ 20% of their ability power). When Smokey rewinds the yo-yo it deals 40% less damage and pull units in the the way slightly towards them.

W - Gyroscopic Flop
Smoky spins rapidly in place for 1 second. During this time, Smoky deals 65(+ 30% of Smoky’s ability power) as magic damage every time an enemy is hit by their yo-yo and knocks them back.

E - Psych Out
Passive: After three basic attacks, the next attack or spell has increased range and resets the cooldown of Rewind by 1 second on the yo-yo's return.

Active: Smokey throws their yo-yo at a friendly unit or structure to pull themself to the target. If Rewind is active, it is granted to Smokey and the friendly unit. (Targets are briefly stunned when Smokey target them)

R - The Double-Quartz, Triple Whipperoo Passive: After using this ability, Smoky's bonus yo-yo's remain for 10 seconds and can be manipulated with their damaging abilities and basic attacks. Active: Smoky summons 2 additional yo-yo's to create a giant whirlwind on an enemy target that deals 200(+ 30% of their ability power) over 3 seconds. Enemies near the target are swept into the whirlwind and dealt the remainder of the damage while Airborne.

(Little note: Psych Out got its name because it would have the same windup animation as the Q so enemies would have to guess what's happening,
