Maxwell, the Shadow of Piltover

Role: Assassin Lane: Top, Jungle, Mid

Description: Male in his late 20s. Medium-brown complexion with short black hair. Wearing a Black suit, white shirt, black shoes, black gloves and a red tie. He is brandishing a silver scythe about 5 feet long. A dark, black spirit is encircling him, it's body trailing into his shadow.

Passive: Malevolent Shadow 10 second cooldown

Maxwell's Malevolent Shadow lashes out at a nearby enemy champion every to deal 20 true damage. Enemies in the way of Malevoleny Shadow's target are dealt damage as well. Applies on-hit effects.

Q - Dark Impulse 5 second cooldown

Malevolent Shadow slices the the area in front of Maxwell in a medium sized cone and deals 90(+ X% of attack damage)(+ X% of ability power) physical damage.

W - Shadow Hunt 12 second cooldown

Maxwell become invisible for 2 seconds, his next attack causes him to reappear and blink to a target and deal 70(+ X% of attack damage) physical damage. Maxwell's Malevolent Shadow is still visible during his invisibility.

E - Contract Kill 5 second cooldown

Passive: Maxwell's basic attacks deal an additional 30(+ X% of attack damage) magic damage.

Active: Maxwell strikes a target and deals 80(+ X% of attack damage) physical damage. If Contract Kill slays an enemy unit, Maxwell is granted (3/4/5/6) bonus gold and (2%/3%/4.5%/6%) bonus experience.

R - Shadow Reaper Active: For 6/7/8 seconds, Maxwell becomes fused with a dark spirit to gain increased range, movement speed, attack speed and causes every third attack to reset Malevolent Shadow's cooldown.
