Champion or Skin Teaser 2016?

Uh, I just found out right now, and I'm not sure if anyone else is talking about it, but if you go to Zed's champion page, you get a short video of what appears to be Zed getting pierced, and what looks like a cherry tree or rose bush growing out of him. His icon is also a gif now that has the pink leaves or pedals are floating about.

Is this our teaser for the next champion that'll arrive early 2016? Or is it a skin for a champion that really hates Zed? I don't know, I'm hoping we can talk about it.
