Make another way to get Key fragments

Maybe have a mission every 2-3 days? Or once a week, where you can unlock 1 key fragment if you complete it. And it won't be easy, something like, "500,000 Gold on Summoners RIft" "80 Kills and/or Assists" Would also be great to have some more missions other then event and first win

Cause Even if i do good in a game, everyone honors either their premades or doesn't honor at all
