New Items Like Zz'Rot plz

ZZrot is a beautiful item as it inverts creativity and player choice into the matter. It isn't the best stat wise, but the strategic advantages you can receive are fantastic, and adds to more interactive items. You can actually see what the item does in the long run as it does massive damage to towers. So that is why i think there should be more tower based items. As many people know, ohmwrecker is kinda useless, as it is too expensive to be used early game when its best, and the cool down is too long for it to be a solid item, but retains alright stats, but nothing worth buying. My suggestion then would be, what is ohmwrecker was a support item, and instead of disabling towers, it empowers them to deal true damage for 3 - 5 seconds ( stats can be determined later ). This i believe would create a new defensive sub-meta, and help fend off the current tank bot lane that has been plaguing the game. I also think it'd be cool if we had an item that "would receive x% more damage from basic attacks for x-y seconds depending how many ally champions are nearby(less time if more champions are nearby)." There might even be more to think about, but the thought is here, and i think adding more creative items, that art necessarily great would be a great add to the solo player.
