Nunu Bot update on PBE

Why is Nunu Bot's "E" still a snowball? Can they just make it a lightning ball or a snowball with small lightning effects? The ult touch is cool but I am still on the brink of buying it considering I still don't have all 1850 champion skins like Janna, Anivia and the likes. Rito pls
