Are Poro Wards coming back?

I just started playing and I was looking for fancy wards and I loved the Gentleman Poro. Did they ever mention it being one-time only or will it come back again later? Thanks.

It wouldn't be a stretch to imagine they might use them again for the next Snowdown Showdown featured game mode this winter.
