Because it looks like Thresh

Idk what this is but obviously people need to be more considerate in concepts and look up the actual definition of what a concept is.. Be honest, close to nobody really cares about thresh and probably not even in this art, but i do and i see some very serious potential concept art goin on here. Why? Because thresh is one of the much harder champs to make a concept for.
