Hey guys so this is my next champion concept. A little unsure of how this one turned out so please let me know what you like, didn't like under the comment and I would greatly appreciate the constructive criticism :) so with out further ado here he is.

Cain the Archangel:

Lore: Cain was named after the famous demon Cain when he was a baby and was expected to become like his demon general father who was feared by many. But Cain did not like the idea of having his fate decided by birth. So in a rebellion, he led a charge of those whose souls were trapped in hell and broke free from it. Cain eventually ran into the angel Kayle who after having him endure numerous challenges and tests, allowed him access into her home to fight the war against his father. Cain was then given the title “Archangel” because of his powerful demeanor and obvious strength. Cain uses the powers he was born with and the skills he obtained in his trials to fight in the League of Legends with Kayle in hopes of becoming strong enough to take on his father and end him.

Appearance: Cain is a very strong built demon with crimson red skin. His demon wings were turned into ebony black angel wings after his new title as “Archangel”. His feet are covered in black fur with wolf like paws for feet. Along with that he has long, slicked back black hair with pointed ears. He fights using not only his demon powers, but also his blade given to him to fight. It is long and silver that he swings with one-handed. Basic Attacks: Cain swings his blade while in combat.

Passive (Angel Protectors): Every five abilities casted, Cain summons an angel warrior to aid him who casts the same abilities as Cain would. This angel gains a percentage of all of Cain’s abilities and is out only for a duration of time. If this angel is killed, the enemy is awarded gold and experience. (Max of 3 Angels Summoned)

Q (Eternal Flame): Cain draws a black flame from his hand and shoots it in a cone radius at his opponent dealing magic damage. The target also loses health from burn marks given by the flame.

W (Archangel’s Slash): Cain slashes his blade three times in continuous succession and each attack has a different effect. His first swing will lower armor and attack speed. His second bleeds the opponent and the final attack deals true damage to his target.

E (Demon Resilience): Passive: For every crowd control effect casted on him (summoner spells included), Cain gains armor and magic resistance

Active: For the amount of armor and magic resistance given because of Demon Resilience’s Passive, Cain unleashes a black ball of pain and suffering he has built up within it and deals AOE damage plus dealing a percentage of ability power. This deals magic damage.

R (Cain’s Inferno): Cain surrounds himself and an area around him in black fire. While allies are inside the circle are given bonus attack damage and ability power. Enemies within the flame are dealt magic damage that lingers as they remain in the fire. Enemies are also slowed when they are in the fire.

Thanks again for reading this and hope you all enjoyed!

I like the overall idea of the champion. There are just a few things I'd like to suggest changes on.

Passive: I'd be careful about having angels that cast the same spells the champion himself casts. Maybe have them spawn with one random spell that Cain knows, I'd be a bit unsure about his three basic spells, and definitely not letting them cast all four spells. Regardless of how much of a reduction you give to their stats, the slows, bleeding, and true damage could get a bit OP after a while, especially late game when the last thing someone needs is to be double-slowed and attacked by a champion and three mini-champions all at once.

Q: I noticed that you included burning because of "burn marks". I'm not sure if this is something that other champions have used before that I just haven't heard of or don't remember, but they sound like a new mechanic, like what Vel'Koz does with his spells mixed with ignite. That said, people pay much more attention to champions with themes based around new mechanics that they actually take full advantage of and that aren't too OP, so it's up to you but I'd suggest having the other abilities have special effects that activate when attacking an enemy with a burn mark or something, just so the burn marks seem more important and not just like more ignites.

W: I'd be careful about how many effects you give this one. The way it sounds, it seems like he goes up to a target and slashes them three times, reducing their armor and attack speed, bleeding them, and dealing massive damage, all on top of the damage it already deals except for the last one which is just major damage. If you want to keep these effects, I think it would be safer to say that his ability can be used up to three times in a row and require the champion to target an opponent to use it on each time; the first activation reduces armor and attack speed, the second activation bleeds the target, and the third activation is true damage. This makes it less OP because rather than just dealing major damage to a target all at once, it Cain to keep selecting a target, giving the last target he hit a very small time frame to try to escape before the next activation hits them, so if they get hit by all three it's somewhat their fault and not just the fault of an OP attack. This also seems like a good one to add some sort of effect to involving those burn marks. Maybe it could be "targets with burn marks take additional magic damage from the 3rd hit" or something.

E: Passive: I'd suggest specifying a small increase in armor and magic resistance. You can bump it back up to a regular/moderate increase on the request of other people, but I can say from experience that it feels a lot better to be told that you need to make your champion more powerful than that you made it too powerful. Also, does he lose the bonus armor and mr when the crowd control goes away or does it only go away when he dies or is it permanent? Active: Would you mind clarifying whether this means he deals damage equal to how much armor and mr he gained or equal to how much damage he was dealt prior to activation. Also, would activating this ability make him lose the armor and mr he gained from the passive or no? Again, the active also seems like a good chance to say something like "enemies with burn marks take bonus magic damage" or something.

R: Being an ult, this one's okay being more powerful than the other abilities, so I don't have many suggestions for this one. The only thing I'd suggest is making this one place more burn marks on enemies in the fire, dealing bonus magic damage to enemies with burn marks, or slowing them even more if they have burn marks.

Again, I love the idea of the champion; I just feel like minor changes could help the overall kit look better.
