Summoner Rift Reskins

So I know we've had reskins for it before with blood moon and arcade. But since summoner's rift is in Runeterra, what if it could be reskined to be something like Zaun, Shadow Isles, Bilgewater, and etc. for every lore region. These could be purely cosmetic and maybe cost riot points and since its only cosmetic, only the user would be the one to see it? It'd be neat if it was like this and free and random every round but lets be honest Tencent wouldnt allow that.
